Diane Miller Floyd, 59, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Friday, May 8, 2015 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.
The funeral service was held at 11 a.m. on Monday, May 11, 2015 at Immanuel Baptist Church with Rev. Tommy Willis and Rev. Larry Harrell officiating. Interment followed at Rock Pond Cemetery with Mike Floyd, Mark Nalls, Jim Ward, Tim Floyd, Gary Brown, Jerry Brown, and Junior Brown serving as active pallbearers.
The family received friends from 10 to 11 a.m. on Monday, May 11, 2015 at Immanuel Baptist Church.

Mrs. Floyd was born in South Georgia, the daughter of Drew Homer Miller and Josephine Miller. She married Gary Wayne Floyd on December 12, 1972. Mrs. Floyd worked many years at First Port City Bank in Bainbridge, Georgia. She loved her family and especially their family vacations to Kissimmee, Florida. When she wasn’t working in her yard, Mrs. Floyd enjoyed putt-putt golf and bowling.
Survivors include: her husband, Gary Floyd, of Bainbridge; her sons, Duane Floyd of Bainbridge, and Ashby “Pudge” Floyd and his wife Nita of Bainbridge; her sisters, Mary Jo M. Nalls and her husband Mark of Fayetteville, Ga. and Brenda M. Ward and her husband Jim of Tallahassee, Florida; her grandchildren, Alyssa Floyd, Drew Floyd, Jacob Floyd and Samantha “Sam” Floyd, and one great-granchild, Bryson Tate Floyd. Mrs. Floyd was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Jimmy C. Miller.
