Frances Virginia Harrell, 99, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2015.

The graveside funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 10, 2015 at Oak City Cemetery with Rev. Randy Mosley officiating.

Mrs. Harrell was born June 2, 1915 in Bainbridge, the daughter of William Theodore Moye and Lula E. Gurr Moye. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Bainbridge and a homemaker.

Survivors include her children; Bill Harrell and his wife, Judy, of Bogart, Ga. and Harriett Dee Karr and her husband, Dick, of Bethlehem, Ga.; her grandchildren, Billy Harrell and his wife, Tracy, of Watkinsville, Ga., Jeff Harrell of Greenville, S.C., Richard Karr and his wife, Pam, of Stafford, Va., Debbie Ayres and her husband, Danny, of Winder, Ga.; and her five great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William Louis Harrell; and her siblings.
