A Bainbridge teen was charged with vehicular homicide in connection to a November 2014 wreck.

John Wesley Goodman, Jr., 19, of 139 Wingate Road, faces the felony charge of homicide by vehicle in the first degree with no bond.

Last November, Goodman was driving South on Highway 302 when he crossed into the other lane and hit another vehicle head on. The driver sustained no serious injuries, but the passenger, 26-year-old Bonifacio Bautista, was killed.

Goodman was arrested in Boca Raton, Florida, by the U.S. Marshals Service.

He was transported to Decatur County Sunday, May 3, according to Decatur County Jail records.
