Ann Marcene Chandler Howard, age 64, passed away early Thursday, March 12, 2015, at her home in Bainbridge, Georgia.  Services for Mrs. Howard will be held at 3:30 p.m., Sunday, March 15, 2015, at Cox Funeral Home Chapel.  Mr. Ronnie Black and Mr. Ronnie Black, Jr. will officiate.  Interment will follow.  Dustin Edwards, Christopher Bowen, Austin Howard, Wayne Hutto, Charles King and Jonathan Tomberlin will serve as pallbearers.  The family will receive friends from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., on Saturday, March 14.
Ann was born August 21, 1950 in Donalsonville, Georgia, to Willie B. Chandler and Sarah Frances Johnson Chandler-Baxter.   She was a member of the First Pentecostal Church of Bainbridge.  Ann was a seamstress and was also talented in needlepoint, crochet, and knitting.  Ann loved her dogs.
Ann Marcene Howard will be sorely missed by the family she loved so much.
Mrs. Howard is survived by her husband of over 49 years, Roy Wilford Howard, Sr. of Bainbridge; her children, Michael Roy Howard, Roy Wilford Howard, Jr. and fiancé, Brandi Olds, Ron Shead Howard and wife, Jennifer of Bainbridge, and Jennifer Nicole O’Hearn and husband , Patrick of Donalsonville; her mother, Sarah Frances Johnson Baxter;  sister, Marsha Chandler Brewer and husband, Kenny of Seminole County, Georgia; brother, William Cheyenne Pinion and Vivian of Iron City, Georgia; 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Willie B. Chandler, and sister, Maxine Chandler Eakin.
