At approximately 4:30 p.m. today, Caliah VonKeith Burns, 19, turned himself in to Bainbridge Public Safety. He has been taken to the Decatur County Jail and is charged with the felony murder of Ricardo James. He is scheduled to appear before the Decatur County Magistrate Judge on Friday. Burns allegedly shot and killed Ricardo James on Friday, March 6 in Bainbridge.
