Dr. McRae said he was pleased with his Cougars overall effort Tuesday night, pointing out that they were tied going into the fourth quarter.

“Georgia Christian started hitting their shots in the fourth quarter and we went cold, and that made the difference in the game,” he said.

The Cougars returned to action Friday when they hosted Valdosta’s Highland Christian Academy at Perry Memorial Gymnasium. They will take on Harvest Christian School Monday in Ozark, Alabama. Their final regular season game will be Friday, Feb. 13, when they travel to Cordele to take on Crisp Academy.
