James is wanted in connection with a marijuana distributing ring operating in Bainbridge, GA. In April of 2013, approximately two pounds of marijuana, a firearm, scales, and other items used to solicit the sale and distribution of marijuana were recovered from rooms in a Bainbridge, Georgia motel. Three men were captured and arrested by Bainbridge Public Safety officers as they attempted an escape. Two men were arrested at the motel. James fled the scene and is still at large.
