Sara L. Jones, 92, of Buford, Georgia, formerly of Climax, passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2014.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 20, 2014 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Craig Dale and Rev. Ted Williams officiating.  A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, December 21, 2014 at Pisgah Primitive Baptist Church, 763 Antioch Church Road, Climax, GA 39834.

Mrs. Jones was born September 7, 1922 in Elanville, Alabama.  She was a graduate of Barber County High School and attended Troy, Alabama School of Nursing.  She was a retired supervisor from a nursing home and former member of Climax Baptist Church.  She was a member of Ivy Creek Baptist Church in Buford where she was a member of the Good News Sunday School class. She was a loving mother and grandmother and was dedicated to her church. She loved her grandchildren and watching them play sports.
