Miss Wimberly to wed Mr. Mitchell

Lashun Wimberly of Tallahassee, Fla. and Harry J. Mitchell Jr., also of Tallahassee, are announcing their engagement and approaching marriage.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of James and Patricia Cooper of Crawfordville, Fla. and Horris Wimberly of Houston, Texas. She is the granddaughter of Bernice Wimberly of Camilla and the late James Wimberly.
Miss Wimberly graduated in 2007 from Mitchell Baker High School and from Bainbridge College in 2012 as a phlebotomist. She is employed by the Florida Department of Education as a default account specialist.
The groom-to-be is the son of the Rev. Harry and Cynthia Mitchell of Bainbridge. His grandparents are Gussie Mitchell and Lilli Ruth Willis, and the late Rev. E.E. Mitchell Sr.
Mr. Mitchell graduated from Bainbridge High School in 2007 and is employed as a forklift operator with John B. SanFilippo & Sons.
The wedding is planned for Saturday, November 29, at 4 p.m. at Greater Saint Mark M.B. Church, by invitation only.
