Mrs. Paula Cook, 53, of Fountain, Fla., died Friday, October 17, 2014, at Gulf Coast Medical Center. Funeral services were held Monday, October 20, 2014, at 11 a.m. at Sheffield Funeral Chapel with Rev. Tommy Cunningham officiating. Interment followed in Boykin Church of God Cemetery.
Mrs. Cook was a member of St. Andrews Assembly of God Church in Panama City, FL, and was a day care director at Gymnastics Plus.
She is survived by her husband, Jess Cook of Fountain; one son, Chris Cook of Fountain; one daughter Jessica Cook of Fountain; five grandchildren, Christian Cook, Jackson Cook, Landon Cook, Cameron Cook, and Ethan Cook; her mother, Barbara Chapman of Donalsonville; two sisters, Natasha Wells of Donalsonville, and Traci Rutland of Bainbridge; one brother, Troy Giovengo of Stuart, Fla.; mother-in-law, Costella Cook of Colquitt; and three Godchildren, Chase Rudolph, Brandon Vinta, and Julie Vinta.
Mrs. Cook was preceded in death by her father, Paul Giovengo.
Colquitt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
