Tristan Love ran for three touchdowns Thursday, leading the coach Heith Maxwell’s  Bainbridge Middle School eighth grade Bearcats to a 40-6 season opening victory over McIntyre Park Middle School’s eighth grade Bulldogs Thursday at  Thomasville High School’s Veterans Memorial Stadium.

Coach Maxwell said he could not be more pleased with the play of Love.

“Tristan ran the ball well and kept the rest of the offense fired up and ready to go,” Maxwell said. “He showed some real leadership. Defensively, I thought middle linebacker Dodson played well.”
