Graveside services for Archie Taylor Mills, 63, of Climax, are at 2 p.m., Thursday, April 3, 2014, at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Cairo. Rev. Joel Hudgins will officiate. Archie passed away at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, Tallahassee, Fla, on Monday, March 31, 2014.
Active pallbearers will be Rusty Brogdon, Dusty Brogdon, Jason Mills, Jerry Jones, Rob Rozier, Ethan Rozier, Brad Bates, Emory Moore and Steve Perkins. Honorary pallbearers will be his close friends.
Archie was born June 10, 1950, in Bainbridge, to the late Edwin Mills and Roma Perkins Mills. On May 29, 1971, he married Karen Moore Mills, who survives. He was the owner and founder of ATM Farms, Inc, working in agriculture for over 40 years. He was of the Baptist faith and a member of the Masonic Orion Lodge #8.
Survivors include his wife, Karen Moore Mills of Climax; sons, Archie T. Mills, II, (Erika) of Climax, Adam T. Mills (Katie) of Dallas, Ga.; grandchildren, Kayra L. Mills, Aleixa T. Mills, Archie T. Mills, III, all of Climax, Anderson T. Mills, Austin T. Mills, both of Dallas; brother, Herman Mills (Debra) of Climax; sisters, Diane Bishop (Mike) of Cairo, Kathy Burch (Tom) of Cairo; brothers-in-law, Bill Edison of Bainbridge, Ronnie Whitfield of Cairo; aunts, Janelle Mills of Bainbridge, Catherine Naylor of Bainbridge, Mildred Jones of Climax; uncle, Melton Perkins (Eloise) of Climax; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Patricia Edison and Joyce Whitfield.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 2, 2014, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
