Mrs. Bertha M. Potter, mother of Frances Potter Ross, passed away on Feb. 2, 2014 in Panama City Fla. Services will be held Feb. 8, 2014 at 11 a.m. at McQueen’s Temple  F.B.C., 5685 Hwy. 79 South, Vernon Fl.
