Curtis Ross Ragan, 75, of Dawsonville, formerly of Decatur County, passed away Oct. 28, 2013 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Funeral services were Thursday October 31, 2013 at the Georgia National Cemetery. Barbara and Norman Rasmussen of Bainbridge are among his survivors.
