• First African Baptist Church, located at 115 Church St., West Bainbridge, will host a clothes and items giveaway beginning at 11 a.m. on the church grounds.

Greater Mt. Calvary First Born Church of the Living God, located 471 E. Broad St., Climax, will celebrate its first Homecoming at 7 p.m.

Second Elizabeth M.B. Church of Quincy will host the Independent Pallbearers Lodge annual anniversary beginning at 6 p.m. Minister Tamorris Balkman will deliver the message.

Attapulgus Baptist Church, located at 206 S. Church St., will celebrate its 85th annual Homecoming, beginning with the 10:45 a.m. service with Rev. Conrad Salter as guest speaker. There will be special music and a covered dish luncheon following the service.

Kingdom Harvest Fellowship Church, located at 652 Wautauga Road, Attapulgus, will present WOW, a praise team concert at 5 p.m. featuring Code 3 Dancers and Minister Edward Armstrong of Cairo as master of ceremonies.

Mt. Zuma M.B. Church, located at 2015 Vada Hwy., will have a Women’s Day Program at 3 p.m. with Evangelist Patricia Davenport Wilkes speaking on “God Women Working Together.”

• St. Stephens A.M.E. Church, located at 1091 Hutchinson Ferry Road, will host 50 Missionary Women in White at 2 p.m. with Minister Belinda Corley of Magnolia M.B. Church as speaker.

• St. Stephen M.B. Church, located at 156 Miss Ann’s Lane, Whigham, will have an ordination service at 3 p.m. for Minister Ralph Harris. Rev. Sylvester Williams, Moderator of the New Grady M.B. Association will deliver the sermon and music will be by the Gurley Family Choir.

• Traveler Rest M.B. Church, located at 661 Cal Thomas Road, Whigham, will observe the Choir Anniversary at 2 p.m.

St. Luke Independent Methodist Church, located in Faceville, is hosting a program “Women of the Bible” at 11:30 a.m.

Pilgrim Rest M.B. Church, located at 849 MLK Dr. will observe it’s 73rd church anniversary at a 3 p.m. service with Rev. David Johnson of Union Baptist Church in charge.

Southwest Georgia Regional Gilbert H. Gragg Library, located at 301 S. Monroe St., Bainbridge, will host the first of two informational meetings for parents of children with Autism Spectrum. This brown bag lunch meeting runs from 12:10 to 12:50 p.m.
