Mr. Dale E. Kramer, age 74, Donalsonville, passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at Seminole Manor Nursing Home.

Memorial services for Mr. Kramer will be held on Sunday, Aug. 4, 2013 at 3 p.m. in the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville, with Father Rudy Breunig, S.T. officiating.

Mr. Kramer was born in Cleveland, Ohio on June 25, 1939 to the late Edward and Veronica Mraz Kramer. He was a member of the Church of the Incarnation; and served his country in the U.S. Army. While serving in the Army, he was ranked as a Spcl 4th Class. Mr. Kramer also served 6 years in the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary as a coxswain and vessel examiner. While living in Marblehead, Ohio, he served as a member of the volunteer fire and rescue department.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce Kramer of Donalsonville; his son, Dale J. Kramer (Teresa) of Findlay, Ohio; a daughter, Kathy Lynn Baba (Tim) of Yorktown, Va.; and three grandchildren, Kaitlyn Baba, Michael Kramer, and Nicole Baba.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Veronica Mraz Kramer.
