Madie Elizabeth Pafford Foister, 91, of Camilla, died Thursday, June 6, 2013 at Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville.

Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Sunday, June 9 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Vada with interment in the church cemetery. Rev. Conrad Salter and Dr. Jim Naylor will officiate.

Born Dec. 28, 1921 in Grady County, she was married to the late Quinnon R. Foister. Mrs. Foister was a homemaker and member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Randall Pafford and a daughter Bonnie Foister Odom.

Survivors include a daughter, Sandra Foister Woods of Valdosta; son-in-law, Rete R. Odom, Jr. of Madison, Ga.;  grandchildren,  Lisa Woods, Chuck Woods, Elizabeth Odom, and Chip Odom (Tyler), and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Saturday, June 8, 2013 at Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home in Camilla.

Memorials may be made to Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 5008 Vada Road, Climax, Ga. 39834.
