Carl Raymond Faircloth, 82, of Bainbridge, passed away Friday, April 12, 2013, at Bainbridge Healthcare.
The funeral service was held on Monday, April 15, 2013, at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. David Grubbs officiating. The service concluded at the chapel. Interment was at Roselawn Memory Gardens.
Mr. Faircloth was born Sept. 2, 1930, in Donalsonville, Ga., the son of Homer Faircloth and Ruby Hardwick Faircloth. He served in the U.S. Army, worked as a logger, and was a member of West Street Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his son, Michael Faircloth.
Survivors include his son, Leonard Faircloth and his wife, Karen, of Bainbridge; his daughters, Tonya Williams and her husband, Leslie, of Donalsonville, Sandy Lambert of Bainbridge, and Terri Faircloth of Bainbridge; his six grandchildren; his eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Ivey Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
