The month of March has been very successful for the Bainbridge High School “Quizcats,” the members of the school’s Quiz Bowl team.

First, the team won the Class AAAAA championship Saturday, taking first place in the Georgia Academic Team Association’s state varsity tournament at Ola High School, in McDonough, Ga. They were undefeated in tournament play.

Also, the Quizcats qualified for the championship round of the Big Bend High School Brain Brawl, which will be played today in Tallahassee, Fla. They will be competing for a $2,500 scholarship for the school, or a $1,250 scholarship for the school.
