Hospice of Southwest Georgia and the Visiting Nurses Association (VNA), a division of Archbold Health Services that services Donalsonville, Bainbridge, Colquitt, Blakely and surrounding areas, have relocated their Bainbridge offices to 117 Donalson Street in downtown Bainbridge.
Hospice of Southwest Georgia and VNA provide medical care for patients in the comfort of their home and offer a variety of treatments and procedures, each personalized according to the attending physician’s prescribed orders. Hospice provides care for patients with life-limiting conditions and education and emotional support for family members during the illness and bereavement support afterwards.
“Our new Bainbridge office provides space and equipment for efficient operations, which will help us better serve our patients as a team,” said Pam Miller, vice president of Archbold Health Services. “Since many patients and families may never actually visit our office — because our services are provided in the patient’s home — we’re inviting the community to come and tour our office and celebrate the opening of our new facility with us.”
Hospice of Southwest Georgia and VNA of Southwest Georgia will hold an Open House on Thursday, Feb. 7, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Refreshments will be served. For more information, call (229) 246-9965.
