Visit Georgia’s state parks for free
Are you interested in taking a trip to one of Georgia’s state parks this year? The Southwest Georgia Regional Library System is making it easier than ever for you to visit any Georgia State Park with a “Park Pass.”
You can now borrow Georgia State Park Passes with a valid library card. These passes are good for free parking or admission at these parks statewide. All you have to do is present your library card to check out a Park Pass folder, which is valid for seven days.
Folders include an annual Park Pass that exempts visitors from paying the daily parking fee at state parks, and a copy of the Guide to Georgia State Parks featuring descriptions, photos, directions, and a map of all locations.
