The Pilot Club of Bainbridge is asking for nominations to be submitted for 2012 Woman of the Year.

Nominees must have been a resident of Decatur County during 2012, be an outstanding worker and not be compensated for her voluntary services performed.

Nominations must be in letter form and should state how your nominee has enhanced the quality of life in Decatur County and why she should be “Woman of the Year.”

A panel of judges from the Pilot Club will make its selection from information provided in the letter.

The “Woman of the Year,” will be announced at the annual Chamber of Commerce banquet in January at the Kirbo Center, and all nominees will be recognized in the Post Searchlight.

Deadline for submittal is Dec. 31. Please include the name and contact information of the person making the nomination.
