Santa comes to town

Members of the Hutto Middle School Fifth Grade Chorus perform a Christmas song during “Christmas on the River” in the Earle May Boat Basin. The BMS Fifth Grade and Sixth Grade Choruses performed separately and together during an approximately 30-minute performance, which was followed by the lighting of a 30-foot Christmas tree and the arrival of Santa Claus in the Boat Basin.

- Families wait around the 30-foot-tall Christmas tree in the Earle May Boat Basin for their turn to catch a glimpse of Santa Claus. Dozens of children got the chance to sit on Santa’s knee and tell him their Christmas gift lists during his visit to Bainbridge on Thursday night.
