• Lucretia’s School of Dance presents The Nutcracker, Kirbo Center at Bainbridge College, 7 p.m. (second performance on Sunday at 2 p.m.)
• Sneads (Fla.) Christmas Festival, Sneads Park on Lake Seminole, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CST). Arts and crafts, food vendors, kids rides/activities, entertainment and photos with Santa by the Lake.
• Morningside Baptist Church, located on Vada Road, will offer its Christmas program, “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year,” featuring the church choir and actors from the congregation, with Bro. Randall Terry directing. The performances will be on the square, at Willis Park. The program begins at 5 p.m. and will be presented again on Sunday, Dec. 9.

• Mt. Olive M.B. Church, located on Spring Creek Road, will observe Pastor David L. Gosha’s sixth anniversary at 11 a.m., with Rev. Ronald Hunter and congregation from New Friendship M.B. Church in Red Level, Ala., as guests.
• St. Thomas Chapter #37 Order of Easter Star is sponsoring a charity program to be held at Mt. Tabor M.B. Church, 3796 E. River Road, with Rev. Tamorris Baulkman and the Mt. Nebo Church choir as guests. Contact Alice Johnson, Worthy Matron, 465-3889, for more information.
• First African Baptist Church, 515 Webster St., will present its annual Christmas musical at 6 p.m. The program includes a Christmas Cantata, “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year,” by the Hattie S. Mann Senior Choir, directed by Mrs. Gloria Jean Starks and Mrs. Claritha Jacobs. It also includes a Gospel Extravaganza featuring vocal selections by the Praise Him Daily Spiritual Singers of Albany.
• Second Morning Star M.B. Church, located in Attapulgus, will have a 3 p.m. service featuring Rev. Cleveland Sanders of Antioch M.B. Church. All deacons, deaconesses, family and friends are asked to join on this special occasion to help with a wheelchair lift for Deacon Spencer.

• Beulah Thomas Baptist Church, will hold their annual Christmas get-together at the Christmas Tree Farm on Woodhull Road, starting at 3 p.m. Bring lounge chairs to enjoy an afternoon of fun and song. • Men on a Mission for Home Improvements for Senior Citizens will hold a Christmas Banquet at 5 p.m. at Bainbridge Middle School. Guest speaker will be Marlon Breedlove. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children over 10.

• The Bainbridge Community Band will perform a Christmas concert at the Kirbo Center on the Bainbridge College campus, at 3 p.m.
• Kingdom Harvest Fellowship Church, located at 652 Wautauga Road, Attapulgus, will have a Family and Friends Celebration service at 3 p.m. with Pastor Corey King Sr. of Restoration Tabernacle Ministries of Thomasville as guest speaker.
• Travelers’ Rest M.B. Church, located at 661 Cal Thomas Road, Whigham, will observe “Hat Day” during the morning service that begins at 11:20 a.m. All ladies are asked to wear the hat of their choice.

• Calvary Baptist Church, located at 601 Chason St., will begin a four day drive-through Nativity scene called “Miracle in Bethlehem” from 6-8 p.m. It continues through the 21st.

Sunday, Dec. 23
• Mt. Olive M.B. Church, located off Spring Creek Road, will host the DT Production birthday bash celebration featuring many area gospel groups. Singing begins at 4 p.m.
• Mt. Nebo M.B. Church, located on Lake Douglas Road, will hear Sister Jill McDowell deliver a trial sermon at 5 p.m.
