Mrs. Lenna L. Bennett, of Bainbridge, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012, at Grady General Hospital, in Cairo, Ga.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012, at the Kingdom Hall, 2798 Dothan Road, in Bainbridge.

Lenna L. Gabo was born Oct. 19, 1930, in Deerfield, Mass., to William Gabo and Sarah Roby Gabo. She was married to Hugh Bennett, who preceded her in death. Lenna was a homemaker. She had been a member of Jehovah’s Witnesses for 52 years. Mrs. Bennett loved to crochet and travel.

Lenna Bennett is survived by her children, Shirley Bennett and Wayne Bennett and wife, Tina, all of Bainbridge; grandchildren, Samuel Bennett and wife, Amber of Tallahassee, Fla., Levi Bennett, and Joel Bennett, both of Bainbridge.
