The Adjourned May Term Grand Jury for Decatur County was convened on Tuesday, July 31, by Judge J. Kevin Chason.

Criminal cases were presented by District Attorney Joseph K. Mulholland. The grand jury returned 48 true bills of indictment, eight no bills of indictment and one case was continued for the term.
