The Bainbridge City Council will meet Tuesday, August 21 at 6:30 p.m. at the Potter Street Community Center, with the following agenda:

• Public hearing and consider adoption of Flood Damage Prevention ordinance

• Consideration of Planning Commission recommendations—Carolyn Mauldin and Frances Bricken request their property located at 442 E. Shotwell Street be rezoned from Urban Low-Density Residential to Office Professional

• Consideration of resolutions authorizing execution of Georgia Municipal Association Master Lease Supplements

• Consideration of surplus property listing and authorization for annual auction
