All non-emergency City of Bainbridge offices will be closed on Wednesday, July 4, in observance of the Independence Day holiday. Offices will reopen Thursday, July 5, with normal operating hours.

All non-emergency Decatur County offices will also be closed on July 4. The Decatur County Solid Waste Facility on U.S. Highway 27 South will also be closed on Wednesday.

The Decatur County-Gilbert H. Gragg Library will be closed Wednesday, July 4, in honor of Independence Day. The library will re-open on Thursday, July 5, at 9 a.m. Don’t forget to visit the library’s virtual location at www.swgrl.org, which is always open.
