The graveside funeral service for Mrs. Olie Bishop Brinson, 85, of Bainbridge, will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 10, 2012, at Roselawn Memory Gardens, with Rev. Jack Piland officiating.

The family will receive friends at the cemetery immediately following the service.

Mrs. Brinson was born Feb. 25, 1927, in Aucilla, Fla., the daughter of Elmo Bishop and Lura Miller Bishop. She died June 8, 2012, at her residence.

She was a graduate of Aucilla High School and was a clerk at Superior Cleaners for many years. She was a member of New Fountainhead Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband of 67 years, C. J. Brinson Jr. of Bainbridge; her sons, David Brinson and his wife, Judy and Jack Brinson and his wife, Gena, all of Bainbridge; her daughter, Gloria Brinson Hubbard and her husband, Albert, of Bluffton, Ga.; her sister, Audrey Hyde of Calvary, Ga.; her seven grandchildren, and her 11 great-grandchildren.
