The Decatur County Board of Commissioners will hold their regular meeting next Tuesday, April 24, at 7 p.m., at the County Administration Building, located at 203 W. Broughton St., with the following agenda:

• Special Presentations: Gerald Goolsby — Southwest Georgia Regional Commission; Troy Walker — New Life Deliverance Ministries;

• Public Participation (Pertaining to any items on the approved agenda);

• Consider Approval of Resolution for Decatur County Pre-Hazard Mitigation Plan;

• Acknowledge Receipt of Financial Reports for March 2012;

• Commissioners/Administrator’s Remarks;

• Public Participation (Pertaining to any items not on the pre-approved agenda);

• Executive Session: Litigation;

In addition, the Decatur County Planning Board will hold a called meeting on Tuesday, April 24, at 1:30 p.m., to discuss the Planning Department Fee Schedule. This meeting is at the County Administration Building and is open to the public.
