Ricky Andrews and Kimberely Waddell Lee of Climax announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Andrews, to Christopher Smith, the son of Daryl Smith and Wanda Sullivan of Bainbridge.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of John and Cathy Waddell of Climax, Susie Andrews of Climax and the late Lee Andrews.

Miss Andrews is a 2008 graduate of Bainbridge High School and is attending Bainbridge College, majoring in early childhood education. She is employed by the Decatur-Grady Head Start program.

The groom-to-be is the grandson of Betty Davis Smith, the late Lavon Smith, Ronald Sams, the late Bobby Jean Barfield Sr., the late Margaret Cheron Barfield and Lamon Barfield, all of Bainbridge.

He is a 2007 graduate of Bainbridge High School.

The wedding is planned for March 31, at 5 p.m. at Spring Hill Tree Farm, where the reception will follow. Invitations will be sent, and all family and friends are invited to attend.
