Dorothy Nichols Craddock, 79, of Bainbridge, and formerly of Jacksonville, Fla., and Mexico Beach, Fla., passed away Thursday, Feb. 2, 2012, at Memorial Hospital.

The graveside funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012, at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Roy Matthews officiating.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service.

Mrs. Craddock was born Oct. 7, 1932, in Bainbridge, the daughter of Arthur Earley Nichols and Mozell Phillips Nichols. She was a graduate of West Bainbridge High School, Class of 1950, and was a dedicated real estate agent, serving the Mexico Beach community for more than 15 years before retiring. Mrs. Craddock was a member of Bethany Baptist Church.

Mrs. Craddock was preceded in death by her husbands, Gene Phillips and Tom Craddock; and her son, Richard Phillips.

Survivors include her brothers, Earl Nichols and Bill Nichols and his wife, Judi, all of Bainbridge; her sister, Faye Nichols of Tallahassee; and several nieces and nephews.
