Carol Jepsen Day, 51, of Bainbridge, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2011, at her residence.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 26, 2011, at Ivey Funeral Home. There will be a private family memorial service.

Carol was born May 16, 1960, in Doylestown, Pa., the daughter of Edward Carey Jepsen and Ruby Burdine Pollock Jepsen. She was a graduate of Bainbridge High School, Class of 1978, a graduate of Darton College, and was a Registered Nurse.

Survivors include her daughter, Casey Day Love and her husband, James E. “Trey,” of Bainbridge; her sisters, Connie Alford and her husband, Bill, of Tallahassee, Fla., Cindy Morris of Bainbridge, and Chris Day and her husband, Roger, of Bainbridge; her brother, Brian Jackson of Flint, Mich.; her granddaughter, Haile B. Love of Bainbridge; and her niece and nine nephews.

Ivey Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
