• Brandon Lee Dean, 24, 3867 Faceville Highway, Bainbridge, probation violation — original charge DUI second offense, SO;

• Talmadge Devon Perkins, 29, 716 E. Griffin Ave., Attapulgus, criminal trespass (Family Violence Act), obstruction of an officer (misdemeanor), SO;

• Ashley R. Scott, 20, unspecified Bainbridge address, theft by receiving stolen property, SO;

 

Correction

Due to information provided to The Post-Searchlight, George Richard Magruder Jr., 39, Donalsonville, Ga., was incorrectly listed as being arrested for DUI in the Wednesday, Dec. 21, issue. We regret the error.
