CASA Golf Tournament is Dec. 17

The “Swing a Club for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) Kids” charity golf tournament will be Saturday, Dec. 17, at Bainbridge Country Club.
CASA is a national non-profit organization that was created to represent the best interests of neglected and abused children.
More than 900 CASA programs are in operation today, including CASA of Southwest Georgia, which the tournament benefits.
The tournament cost is $30 per person or $120 per four-person team.
The tournament will be played under a scramble format with each team member hitting their second shot from the spot of the longest drive.
Registration will get underway at 7:30 a.m. and the tournament will begin with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start.
Guest speaker for the tournament will be juvenile court judge E.J. “Chip” Perry III.
Companies can have recognition at one of the 18 holes for a sponsorship donation of $50.
Proceeds from the tournament will provide essential services to children in the community.
