DaniMer Scientific recently announced a new partnership with CCR in Milan, Italy, in 2011, according to a press release from the company.

This partnership with the Italian firm enables a focus on the marketing of DaniMer’s biodegradable resins throughout Europe, creating a market for its compostable bio resins.

The first CCR-DaniMer Scientific workshop concerning biopolymers took place on Oct. 3 in Milan. The workshop event was organized by CCR with the intention of training participants and transferring information regarding DaniMer’s continuing innovation with bioplastics as well as Danimer’s renewable resins.

CCR in Milan received the exclusive mandate to represent DaniMer Scientific in Europe in February 2011, and can now count with a network of partners in several strategic geographical areas. These new members of the CCR-DaniMer family are experienced professionals who have been appointed as Sub-Agents in order to consolidate DaniMer business in the European market.
