Bernadine Finuff, 83, of Hosford, Fla., passed Nov. 14, 2011, in Tallahassee, Fla.

The service will be Friday, Nov. 18, 2011, at 11 a.m. at the Wesleyan Community Center in Hosford. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. until service time. Interment will be at the Magnolia Cemetery in DeFuniak Springs, Fla., at 3 p.m. Eastern time.

Finuff was born Nov. 29, 1927, in DeFuniak Springs. She was retired from the State of Florida, Department of Education.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jerry and Nancy Finuff; a sister, Beverly D. Duncan; and a brother, Morris Finuff.

She is survived by her sisters, Hazel Duggar and Dorothy Holland of Hosford; and her brother, Virgil Finuff of Attapulgus.

Charles McClellan Funeral Home of Quincy, Fla., is in charge of arrangements.
