Thankful for support

I started this program (Marley Memorial FREE spay/neuter for cats) with just a prayer. A prayer that there would be folks that would like to spay or neuter their cats—if they could just afford to. Times are tough for everyone these days. I know that as well as anyone, since I have 5 rescued/stray cats and a wonderful dog that I found and fell in love with at OUR Bainbridge Humane Society.

I do believe that GOD answers prayers. I started a tiny program to help local cats, (and OUR Humane Society in the long run) and have had my prayer answered! The response has been awesome. In just over 2 months over 30 cats have been helped by Bryan-Hight Animal Hospital & the Colquitt Animal Hospital. These veterinarians have also answered my prayers, by their willingness to help, generously donating precious time and money and by their love of animals that can’t speak for themselves.

And what wonderful people I have talked to over the phone! Folks so grateful for this help, but wanting to give back! Offers to help with fund-raisers, to donate a little money and to spread the word!
