Ernie Finley and Carol Finley, both of Bainbridge, announce the engagement of their daughter Ashley Finley to Patrick Kyle Black, also of Bainbridge.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Patricia Finley of Pensacola, Fla., and Harry Sanderford, and great-granddaughter of Clara Gibson, as well as the late Ernest Finley Sr., Sharon Hanes, and Jessie Gibson.

Miss Finley is a 2005 graduate of Bainbridge High School and graduated from Bainbridge College with an Associate of Science degree in the ADN program. She is employed as a registered nurse at Grady General Hospital.

The groom to be is the son of Steve and Marsha Black of Bainbridge and the grandson of Marlene Lamb, Alma Black and the late Emory Lamb and Fred Black.

Patrick Black graduated from Bainbridge High School in 2003 and is employed with Davis & Lamb Construction.

The wedding is planned for Nov. 12, 2011, at Mexico Beach, Fla., where the reception will follow.
