The “Rivers Alive” clean-up event, originally scheduled for this Saturday, Oct. 8, has been postponed until Saturday, Oct. 29.
The event is sponsored by Keep Decatur County Beautiful and is intended to help clean the areas around the Flint River in Decatur County. The clean-up will begin at approximately 8 a.m. and volunteers are asked to meet at the Earl May Boat Basin.
