Bainbridge High School lost to Northside-Warner Robins by a score of 31-0 in a football game played Saturday afternoon in Warner Robins.

Northside-Warner Robins quarterback Jack Montgomery led his team’s offensive attack.

An on-field scuffle during the 3rd quarter resulted in referees ejecting one player from each team and charging both teams with personal foul penalties.

The Bearcats’ Rodney Glenn intercepted an Eagles pass and ran it 92 yards for an apparent touchdown, but it was called back for a block in the back.

Saturday’s contest was the first region game for both teams. With the loss, the Bearcats are now 3-1 overall and 0-1 in Region 1-AAAA.

Next up for BHS, the Bearcats will host Hardway of Columbus on Friday night at home. Kickoff is at 7:30 p.m.
