Miss Turner to wed Mr. Enfinger

ENGAGED: Liana Catherine Turner and Harrison Glynn Enfinger

Mr. and Mrs. Larry Lee Turner Jr. of Ellaville announce the engagement of their daughter Liana Catherine Turner to Mr. Harrison Glynn Enfinger, both of Americus, Ga.

Miss Turner is the granddaughter of Mrs. Elizabeth Bowles and the late Mr. Albert M.Bowles of Ellaville, Ga., and Mrs. Helen Turner and the late Mr. Larry L. Turner Sr. of Ideal, Ga.

She is the sister of Alicia Turner of Americus and the niece of Lauren Turner of Bainbridge and Leslie Turner of Ideal.

A graduate of Southland Academy, Miss Turner holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources from Georgia Southwestern State University. She is currently working towards a Masters of Business Administration at Georgia Southwestern. While a student at GSW, Miss Turner was a member of the Kappa Delta Sorority and the Gamma Beta Phi Honor Society. She is also a member of the Kappa Delta Alumnae Chapter. She is currently employed as the Human Resource Manager of Southwest Georgia Healthcare.

The groom-to-be is the son of Mr. Mike Enfinger of Americus and Mrs. Donja Tripp of Georgetown, Ga. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Harrison of Houston, Texas, and Mrs. Frances Enfinger and the late Mr. Glynn Enfinger of Blakely, Ga. He is the brother of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Enfinger of Greenville, S.C., and the nephew of Rev. and Mrs. Mac Enfinger of Royston, Ga., and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Harrison of Houston, Ga.

A graduate of Americus High School, Mr. Enfinger graduated with honors with a Bachelor Business Administration degree in Accounting from Georgia Southwestern State University, where he was also chosen as the outstanding business student. He is currently seeking a Masters of Business Administration from GSW. While at GSW, he was a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity and is a member of the Alumni Chapter. He is employed as an accountant at Glover Wholesale Foods, Inc.

The couple has chosen Saturday, Oct. 8, as their wedding date. They will marry at the Lee Council House in Americus at 5:30 p.m., where a reception will follow. All friends and relatives are invited to attend the wedding and the reception.
