The Bainbridge City Council will meet Tuesday, Aug. 16 at 6:30 p.m. in its chambers at City Hall, 101 S. Broad Street, with the following agenda:

• Present a proclamation to the family of Ebony Clarke

• Presentation of FY 2010 audit report by Moore & Cubbedge

• Consideration of resolution: grant funds to the economic development agency for the installation of fiber to the Industrial Park

• Consideration of temporary street closure request: Water, West and Broughton streets from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on August 30, 2011 for BHS football pep rally

• Consideration of Planning Commission recommendations: Applicant Valerie Faircloth requests a conditional use to allow a personal service establishment (spa) at 326 Potter Street
