Funeral arrangements are pending for Alethea Hatcher Prance, 98, of Tampa, Fla., formerly of Brinson, who died Saturday, July 30 at Freedom Square Assisted Living in Seminole, Fla. Ivey Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
