Free school supplies offered

The HERO Foundation (Humanitarian Southwest Georgia Rural Outreach) will offer free school supplies, including clear mesh backpacks, this Wednesday from 9 a.m. to noon at 317 Clay Street in downtown Bainbridge. Free back-to-school haircuts for students are also being provided from Monday through Thursday this week, from 9 a.m. to noon, at the same address. For more information, call Liz Tomlin at 400-6484.
The Kingdom Harvest Fellowship Church is also holding a Back to School outreach ministry on Saturday, Aug. 6, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Free school supplies, clothes, lunch and fun youth activities will be provided. The church is located at 652 Wautauga Road in Attapulgus.
