Decatur County Special Olympics Leadership Team is inviting “adult” Special Olympians to participate in the Special Olympics Bowling Competition on Saturday, Aug. 27. Those wishing to participate will bowl three games at no charge and receive an official Special Olympics T-shirt and a ribbon award. Bowling shoes are provided, but must bring own socks. Registration forms are available and can be returned to the YMCA, First Baptist Church or Southwest Georgia Regional Library. They must be completed and returned as soon as possible for the committee to have adequate time to plan.
