The Decatur County Board of Commissioners will meet Tuesday, July 26 at 7 p.m. at the County Administration Building, 203 W. Broughton St., with the following agenda:

• Update on EPD consent order

• Consider approval of alcoholic beverage license for Sanjay Patel at Quick Buys on Whigham Dairy Road

• Consider approval of alcoholic beverage license for Arumkumar Patel at Bishop Travel Center on Tallahassee Highway

• Consider approval of resolution to levy millage rates for the Board of Education, County Government, Development Authority and Hospital Authority for the 2011-2012 fiscal year

• Consider approval of errors and reliefs report from the Tax Commissioner

• Executive session to discuss litigation matter
