If you drove past the dental office of the Drs. Leverett a couple of Tuesdays ago, you may have heard noises that sounded like a party. You were correct. The dentists and staff celebrated the 20-year anniversary of working together with Susan Shaw. Over the years, Shaw has been involved in every area of the practice. Her career began at the “old office” on Evans Street, where Dr. Jack Leverett Sr. first opened in 1965. Shaw’s areas of expertise over the last 20 years range from dental lab work to chair-side assisting, and now include a myriad of front office duties. She is currently the office manager for the practice.
