Carlton and Radine Eakin of Climax, Ga., announce the engagement of their granddaughter, Christina Tennyson, to Nathan VanderBeek.

Miss Tennyson is a Christian children director in Middlebury, Ind., and Mr. VanderBeek is engaged in farming in Minnesota.

The wedding is planned for Sept. 10 in Grand Junction, Colo.
