A memorial service for Jennifer Ellen McMillan Allday, 32, who died June 18, 2011, at her residence, were held on Tuesday, June 21, in the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville with the Rev. James Scarborough officiating.
Mrs. McMillan was born in Seminole County on Sept. 14, 1968, to Charlie Hayes McMillan and the late Sarah Lynn Nash. She went to high school in Santa Fe, Texas, and was active in the PTA, and track. She was a loving and caring wife and mother.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Sarah Lynn Nash, and step-father, James Alton Nash.
Survivors include her father, Hayes McMillan of Donalsonville; husband, Robert Michael Allday of Donalsonville; sons, Christopher Kyle Porche of Donalsonville and Robert Glenn Porche, Galveston, Texas; step sons, Stanley Michael Allday of Brinson and Brandon Lee Allday of Eureka, Calif.; brothers, David Alton Nash of Roanoke, Ala., Michael James Herrin of Gulf Port, Miss., Ronald McMillan “Dodie” of Albany, Allen Nash of Donalsonville and James Daniel McMillan of Albany; sisters, Glenda DeGroff of New York, N.Y., Leisa Taylor and Raymond Sherrer of Donalsonville, and Rybon Watford of Birmingham, Ala., and two grandchildren. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Evans-Skipper Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
